Call for Papers

We are pleased to announce the upcoming holding of a chemistry congress dedicated to the exciting fields of organic, aromas, perfumes and cosmetic chemistry. We warmly invite you to submit your contributions and share your expertise within this dynamic community.

Congress Themes:

             ♻ Green Chemistry. Explore the latest advances in eco-compatible organic synthesis and the valorization of bio-resources;

            💄 Chemistry of cosmetics. Share your innovative research on cosmetic ingredients, emerging technologies, and the plural characterization of cosmetic products, from the ingredient to the interaction with the skin;

            🍓 Chemistry of Perfumes. Contribute to the discussion by presenting work focused on the sensory evaluation and analysis of odours, food flavours and fragrances.

Submission Guidelines:

• Types of Contributions: Oral presentations, posters, and workshops.

• Submission Deadline (Poster): March 17, 2024  April 19^th 2024
  

• Registration open in January 2024 ; Early bird : 1st of March 2024
• Abstracts submission guidelines:
  • Oral communication (OC): 15 minutes with questions
  • Poster (PC): dimensions A0 max (841 mm width x 1189 mm) – (Portrait format)
  • The abstract should not exceed 4000 characters including space. The Template is available: HERE
  • A graphical abstract is welcome
  • The working language at the conference is English and all contributions must be submitted in English.

• Abstracts for oral and poster communication will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. 
• 🏆 A first prize will be awarded to the best "Young Researcher" communication
• 🏆 A second prize will be awarded to the best poster communication.
• The awards will be presented at the GALA dinner.
